We are not getting any s*@# here yet. In fact we aren't going to get any!! It's my reality, so no white wet stuff here!! In fact, tomorrow, I am going to be sun bathing and planting petunias

(Okay---not reality, but I had to do something to make myself feel better. The kids are on spring break and I was hoping it would be nice and warm and dry and they could spend all day, each day, riding bikes!!)

We lived in N. Carolina for awhile many moons ago. I asked my dh what he wanted as a side dish for dinner and he said those potatoes you make with the bacon grease. I said oh yeah Carolina taters!

I got the recipe when we were living down there and could never remember what they called it so I just renamed it "Carolina Taters"!! So that's what we had tonight. LOL
