How old are they?

They're the same age as your chicks....about a month. They're from the same shipment.

DUH!!

Sure, I can put them in with those chicks.

Yep, North Carolina here. Kids are grown and on their own here and some with grand kids...so we stay for now.

I have 6 grand kids here and can't see leaving them behind. It's my family. Moved away from my mom and brothers and just can't do that to my kids.

I have 5 of 'em. 3 just moved back from Georgia. The baby acts like she was never gone. She is 3 now and was only a couple of months old when they left.

I have another one up in Skidway Lake that I hardly ever get to see.

Where's her therapy? I'm going into Grand Ledge, maybe can meet up somewhere there. Trying to think of somewhere you can swing by on your way home....

Grand kids are so much fun, aren't they? That's why I go into Lansing every week.... to spend time with them. We have so much fun, especially in summer when we can go to parks or to the zoo or go to the lake. I want to bond with them while they are young.

Yep, they are a blast. The one I have in Skidway just came back from vacation in Florida with her other Grandparents and she called me because she wanted to talk to Butterball. Butterball is her chicken! LOL

Thank you. Mr. Roo's first winter was a little hard on his comb tips but he's fine and still a beautiful boy.

No the ducks live outside. Do you know how much they stink?! Ewww!! It was a long winter so I figured they could come in one time and take a bath. They loved it after they figured out what I was doing to them. LOL

Nope I had to tell her that Butterball didn't want to talk right now because she was out in the yard catching bugs.

I was thinking the only way I'm going to get her to talk to her is if I pinch her or something! LOL

I guess I forgot how bad they stink. When I was a kid, my brothers brought home two big white ducks. Where they got them from no one will tell. They lived in our basement for awhile until we took them to a lake. I don't know what happened to them after that, but it was better than our basement. Thought at the time it was the best for them.
