Our road trip to Ann Arbor was adventurous today!
hubby was suppose to go with us, but had to play secertary today, ours has pnemonia. She had been to the drs 3 times last week and they just said it was a sinus infection. Today they could tell it was pnemonia.
So on the way down US-23 south of N Territorial Rd at the rest area, I had 2 branches fall onto my van at 70 miles per hour! Scared the crap out of me! Broke my windshield wiper on the passenger side, so I could aleast still see. But the windshield is scratched where the arm was hitting the glass. I had to get the kids lunch before the appt. so found a Wendy's and headed back on M-14/ I-94west and there is no downtown exit!!! so 20 minutes later I get turned around and to the exit I needed and was 20 minutes late for my appt.
I am going to be getting an Ann Arbor map so I can get where I need to go when i want to
Got done in Ann Arbor and Rachel had piano so she got dropped off and ran to Krogers...mistake with tired kids...see above post...
The 3 youngest built a snowman after we got home. an excellent way to get youngens tired
So the boys were in bed at 7:30 and the girls are watching the American Idol results show from last week.
I am so ready for bed. Tomorrow is prep day for Gretchen's birthday tea party.
MJ- What did you have for dinner? We had tacos!
We have had beef 3 days in a row. I need to preplan and take chicken out for tomorrow. hard to cook forzen chicken at 4pm.
