Hillbillyhen...thank you for the well wishes to all of us sickies!

i woke up feeling great and made it fine through the day. towards night though, i started feeling all woozy again. think i'm just tired from all the outside work today.

Staples brought me an amazing German recipe for cookies and i cannot wait to try them.

he also explained to me how to do the 'cross cut' or 'baseball diamond' technique for mowing the lawn. i got it down on the first try on our east field. it looks AWESOME! thanks Staples! you're the lawn master!

i am making buns for our burgers in the morning and some potato salad from a recipe that Omran's wife gave to me. it's Syrian potato salad! it looks super yum-a-licious! then making his Syrian chopped salad too. it's outstanding.

We aren't having anything special. DH will probably have some chicken noodle soup again. He still can't eat very much, had tonsils and uvela removed last week. But he is finally feeling a little better today.

I don't feel right cooking stuff he can't have.
By the way, cute ducklings MJ. We used to have ducks. I miss having those eggs. My youngest son had two rouens that he named Chip and Dale. He used to play tag with them.

thanks again MJ just got home wow had to meet the fam at red lobsters then got my chickens settled in to there temporary setups. So the lawn went well thats awsome!!!! Yea let me know if u find any splash eggs well im off gonna go watch mall cop night everyone! I'll try and get some more puppy pics tomorrow.

MJ, I was very tempted to get some ducks from the Family Farm & Home store when they had them in, but resisted the temptation. They would have to stay penned up with the chickens or they would be in the pond or swimming pool or Kodi's [the dog's] mouth.
