Good Morning!

Little chilly this morning, but perfect for a morning run. Don't get too hot, chilly when I start out, but it all works.

Off to our last homeschool coop classes!!!! I am so excited to not have to drive to Brighton anymore.

Then home and middle 2 girls are going to a church sleep over. My oldest is turning 13 on Monday So she is having 5 friends spend the night tonight. It should be a lot of fun!

morning everyone the test went good!!!! Now i have the rest of the day to work outside. It looks great out and its not so muggy! I really need to get my nest box put up my girls are gonna start laying any day now i cant wait. hope everyone has a good day.

Here's some updates on OREO pups. there getting big.

So thats 13 pups in all we have about 8 spoken for with deposits the rest are still up for grabs im gonna have to post an ad on the forum here soon. Their all AKC and champion blood line the one line has a west minschester best in show!!!

Wish us luck ya'll. This afternoon we are going to butcher our 4 meat chickens. We have a friend coming over later to help us/show us how since we have never done this. DH is already talking about getting more.

when I am at home I usually wear old clothes anyway because I am always cleaning, cooking, grubbing around in the flower bed or garden or doing something that would get my clothes messy. Thanks for the tip though. I told DH that I don't think I would mind the plucking and the cooking but the rest is up to him.

Afternoon! Just finishing up odds and ends for camping this weekend. I've got bread in the oven, sage bean soup cooking, and chocolate peanut butter oatmeal bars to make (don't take too long). Then I think I'm pretty much finished. There's a antique festival and car swapmeet in Midland this weekend if anyone is bored. It's at the Midland County Fairgrounds. I haven't been there in many years, but might go this year.

Fridays like today are the best. The sun is shinning it's not to hot, and there is a nice breeze. Got the turkey poults into the big brooder, got the second load of laundry out on the line drying, got a possum in a trap that keeps getting into the barn. Time to pick up the house. My husband gets home early today due to he is at the zoo with our youngest.Then off the see UP at the movies tonight with the kids. It's the kind of day that makes you thankful for being healthy and alive. Then tomorrow it will be work, work, work out in the yard. I kinda enjoy that too.
