Hello everyone. Really hard to get on the computer during the weekend with hunting and the kids studying for exams this weekend. Need a study break so played with chickens, son is cleaning cars and DW went shopping with mother -in- law and daughters brain is fried she is taken a nap. Hope everything good with everyone.

Opa- Sorry to hear that the idiots have not given up. The only deer I have seen is two opening morning and the one the next day which is now in my freezer sleeping. I have a brute tearing my young trees in my yard that I planted and you know that my yard is not the big. I have to get him so that he will not destroy my young maples.

Good luck to you and you are right Muzzleloader season is the time to get most of them they are hungery by then.

Good Morning!

Amazing what 24 hours can do for us! Emily got sick yesterday morning, I was sick by noon, Nathan 9pm, and Jack early this morning. So everyone has had the stomach bug except Jon, my DH! He was such a big help yesterday

Rearranged 4-H to a different place and gotta figure out the ballet performance this afternoon still. Just Rachel and Gretchen, the healthy ones will go.

Prayers for my SIL, Amy. She is the one with breast cancer. She was not able to recieve her chemo yesterday, she has 0 white blood cells now. she has an infection in her mouth and is on antiboditics. Praying that her body with heal so she can continue treatments.

good luck finding the deer you faithful hunters! Going to lay down again. I am wipped from disinfecting the house and cleaning up the mess the dog left in his kennel

We are pretty much recovered from the stomach bug! Jon is starting to not feel good now though

He has his "mancave" aka 'the barn' that he can hang out in and recoop. It is quieter than a house full of kids!

I figured we would stay home from church, but my kids are begging me to go

So we will see how everyone is in the morning.

Have a good night everyone! the moon looks really cool right now setting in the west.

Thanks Boyd! Amy is feeling better today. Hope the antiboditics do the trick so she can get back on track. She said the funniest thing is having to wear a mask and how quick people leave when she is in the store or something. They must figure she has some germs but she is wearing it so she doesn't catch anyone else's germs!

Sarah: My prayers and thoughts for Amy and her family. Hopefully she will have a fast recovery.

Boy the fog is bad here too this morning. I went to town at 8am and had to get right up on top of the traffic lights to see what color they were. I came back home and I'm staying put until it llfts some.

My dobe pups are 4 wks old today. Boy time has flown since they were born. They've already started eating warmed soft food and its so funny to watch them eat. They JUMP into the pie plate and just chow down. Couple more weeks Im sure I'll be pulliing my hair out with all of them getting into everything. LOL But life is good!!

Suppose to be in the low 50's here so I think I'll put up my second outside chicken run behind the hay barn for the Isa chicks. I have enough kennel panels left over to put up a 30' x 30' pen with 2 seperate entry gates.

Dont forget everyone Black Friday is coming soon. Lots of good deals on electronic and gifts. Last year I got a Dell Laptop for $350 with 3 yr in home warrantee. You can also shop online at most stores. I use this link every year for great deals. Happy Shopping!!!

Good morning all! How is everyone on this beautiful fall day? I was up early and baked 4 dozen cookies to take to a cookie swap this afternoon.

Dh is out hunting, oldest dd is off with her bf for the day, younger ds spent the night with a friend and going to church with them for a thanksgiving celebration. Just me and little dd. We were going to go to church, but I am having an allergy attack, sneezing constantly, made making cookies interesting! Turn around, sneeze, wipe, blow, wash hands, back to cookies! Repeat!!

Anyone making a trip out to northern NY anytime in the next few months? Thinking of taking my pup back to his breeder for some additional training, get him on the right track. So much easier with older dogs to do the training for you, as they can be there 24/7 and correct any bad behavior instantly.

Well, off to see if a shower will help put an end to this allergy attack. Can't hurt and at least I won't stink!!

Yeah, we've had some weird reactions also when Ash has had her mask on. I guess the timing is bad with the H1N1 scare and stuff.

Well morning everyone.

What a long weekend to much that was done and not sure what I am going to do next. Plow is on my truck:fl , My car is done did the body work the other day it is legal now. Boat is tied in the rafters of the garage so I have parking space in my addition to the garage, Oil drum back in garage for old oil. Wood stacked and cut. Log spliter all ready and chickens driving me nuts with getting out since it has been to warm. But did find a good way to get rid of ants when spliting wood put them in the chicken pen.
