Well, we had such a lousy summer I don't think anyone complained about our hot summer! Did we have any hot days??
Things are not going well....my cell phone went thru the washer for the whole cycle! Put it in rice to dry it up. It works if I plug it in, but that kinda defeats the purpose! Cord won't reach very far.
It's so mild out there that I'm surprised you got so chilled, HB. Took a long walk with the dogs and actually got hot. Took my cap and mittens off. Fun to see the dogs running and enjoying themselves. The temp on the computer says 28, but my weather station says 40. Snow is melting off the roofs of the coops.

Well, I like the 40 degreee temp better, so I'll go with that!

Well, off I go to get a new cell phone. Have a good day, all!

I am glad that we have a little snow to cover the ground. If it is cold, I want the snow to enjoy, not brown grass! don't get me wrong, I am excited for spring

I just figured out the groundhog shadow theory.

If he sees his shadow you have 6 more weeks of winter. If he doesn't see his shadow you have 6 weeks until spring. Wonder if I could get a job as a TV weather forecaster.

I getting 2 more eggs a day now

now i'm getting 4 to 5 eggs day

well off again today, i have to take my mom out and about, she had back surgery done right before Christmas, and she went to the Doc last Thursday, and they told she cant drive for another 2 weeks,
