DD is curled up with an EE chick in her lap watching TV.

Funeral was today. I feel drained and my brain still feels fuzzy. One of DH's friends came by to assemble an airplane to have on display during the service. I also had Wayne's motorcycle vest on display as well as lots of pictures. It was a nice service but, I miss him so much.

(We just had a census person stop here to ask if we were here on April 1st, and if not where?

he had about 5 pages for each of us, all he asked could have been handled on 1/2 sheet of paper for both of us!! Seriously, he checked ONE tiny box on each page!)

What a nice picture Michiganwrangler. I don't know how long you two were married...but when my mom died my dad was so lonely he put her picture in a frame at the kitchen table...and various other places around the house for months. It will take time....I'm sure your daughter is a huge comfort to you and vice versa.
