Thanks to ChickwannaB my incubator has been on for a couple of weeks already...and I have two more incubators in the house next door. A neighbor asked in November if I'd incubate eggs for him in February. Sheesh I'm an addict I guess lol

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ONE of my Lemons shows movement in it....I can't bleieve it.

12 eggs in the incubator and ONE shows life.

Praise GOD.

As I was rolling it and looking thru it, at one spot it looked like the chicks back was toward my palm and the front side was pulsating, like a heartbeat.

I told ya not to give up!!!! Sometimes when you candle them they are sleeping or just don't move much. I just checked on mine and I can hear one chirp and the rest are knocking on the doors. I can see two already with their beaks through the bubble so I will probably have a couple of early hatchers woohoo!!!!

GREAT...Im sure there will be more survivors on your end. but Im happy they are living. I am SO HAPPY. I do hope, and pray, all continues to go well.

Some eggs are pretty hard to see through. At this point though you should see something. But like I said I've had eggs that I didn't see anything at all but left them in the incubator and before I knew it, they were pipping!!

Ok ! I tried to get my 4H Kids to take some seramas and runner ducks that need to be rehomed. But no calles back yet. Is there anyone here that would like a pair of seramas + young cockerel?.. Also have 5 Chocolate Runner ducks (Holderread stock) Two drakes and three ducks. two of the females have ageing white ( 50% plus) on them, but still could be good breed stock. I use to raise them years ago but sold out. These ducks are some of the offspring of the ones I had. I picked them up yesterday and realy would like them gone before snow comes to stay. Will make good project for 4H kids...
