Boy, it sure is cold outside! Brrr It will be 15 degrees tonight, but realfeel at 0 degrees. brrr I will have to be up this morning at 4 am to be at work at 5 am. But I will be wearing my new snowsuit, new hat, new gloves, new shoes, and new coat, and that should keep me warm! All that I had was getting ragged and missing. Thanks Mother!

lol. I been groping my roo! He can't get away in the coop, so he has to put up with me petting him. Lol. So unmanly. But he is a worthless pretty boy anyway. Lol. Won't even keep away the squirrels!

Today totally sucked at work. Too many people who do not think of putting on their headlights with a snow storm and low visibility. I nearly got hit several times because I did not see the person coming up behind me till they were there. TURN YOUR HEAD LAMPS ON EVEN IF ITS DAY TIME PEOPLE!

Ok. Just had to have a little vent.

Only 2 of my girls braved the snow today. Braved it to get to the garage to use the nest boxes in there. Lol. I opened up the under run and closed off the floor escape hatch. They no longer have to go outside at all, and they can go in and out of the winter run to the under run with out having to go outside to get in it. The ducks, Nina, Leah, Layla, and Morey didn't mind the snow so much. They did however like that I gave them more room in the winter run. Now if only I could keep their coop dryer! And less poopy. Man can those ducks crap!

Anyway, I was worried that I would get home from work and I would have all the chickens in the garage. Yesterday evening I had to chase them back to the coop. Mr. Fluffers did not want to go, but once I got his girls to the coop, he had no problem waddling his big butt back there to be with them. No way were they going to be where he wasn't. Lol.
