Mom2 hope you got your belly seen by a Dr.

no, I called him. He didnt seem concerned. I told him I looked pregnant on one side, and it was black and hot and hard. He told me to put a heating pad on it. So, I did.

The blackness did spread, but then it quit spreading. So??? I just look swollen and lopsided. lol. But it hasnt gotten any worse than it did.

I DO have the hiccups- which I dont recommend..lol.

Wolfie - Welcome! So I have to ask, you've got all those animals and just one fish? Why the lonley fish?

Mom2 - I hope you are feeling better this morning. :)

I am sitting here patiently waiting for my DH to be ready to go. I am ready to hit the road to go see Robin! Roosters are all packed in the back of the SUV...when I last left them they were chatting with each other. lol They seemed pretty surprised when I plucked them off the roost this morning. heh heh

Off to go feed lambies!

Good morning Michigan, happy St Patricks Day. Set day for the Great Easter Hatchalong!

Mom, glad you are feeling better. Don't overdo it and set yourself back!

Got to meet Taprock and her family last night, she saved some eggs for me. Her son took the 4 surprise black Orp chicks that came from Sandhill. He is a real chicken charmer, picked up bird after bird and they just sat there as he carried them around

Hope after work to get my Apple trees trimmed - I am worried they will start budding with the warm weather we have been having, still have snow in the yard but it is fading.

Good Morning All

Welcome Wolfie115......no raising hands here you gotta be quick and jump right in!

Mom2......hope you're feeling better.

OK......... I'm assigning you guys as my personal chicken posse for I won't have access to a computer for part of the day. I'm suppose to get a few chicks from Theron tonight. Will you please tell him to contact me......phone or email.....Thanks, it's greatly appreciated.

Might be a good idea to go ahead and PM him now. That way it'll pop up when he logs in.

My guineas ducks and chickens all sleep in the same coop. The guineas like the high perch in the rafters, the chickens like the low ones and the ducks seem happy on the floor. They're muscovies and don't make the mess other kinds of ducks do in the water. Otherwise the guineas eat bugs, make fairly good alarms, taste good and are funny to watch.
That's what I was wondering. Thanks!

Hey Mom2, Juise is planning to go to DF on Sunday. They are planning to visit family, I believe, Saturday, that is that way, pick up the chickens Sunday and head back. Could you imagine 2 littles in the car for 6 hours! I am sure you can, so that's why they are doing it in 2 days. Lol. I can barely handle my 2 boys in the car for 4 hours let alone 6!

Hope you are feeling better. I can't imagine hiccups are pleasant.

Juise, just be happy she didn't take daddy's shaver to her hair... My oldest used to do that, then I'd have to shave him bald. And no, he hasn't learned not to yet...

Some one was asking about cooping ducks... Sorry do not remember who... Mine are cooped. I have to convince them to go in at night these days. In the winter, they went in easy. But now, warm weather, I have to herd them in. If it weren't for the fact that they have their own run, I'd never get them in. But I just repeat the same thing over and over every nite so, they know, go to the house, hurry up... And they go. But they would not if I left it up to them.
