RaZ, yes, those both look like roos. Sorry.

Theron, congrats!

Sorry for the losses

My memory is shot , I can't remember who lost one.

I was too cold to plant my garden yesterday. Today it will be getting done.

All right, it looks like I have at least 4-5 roos from my Easter hatch that I need to get rid of. I just posted them to Craigslist but they are free to any BYC member who wants to give them a good home. I can bring them to Chickenstock. Just let me know. Here they are:

I think this is a mixed breed. We are devistated that this one is looking so rooish...he is so pretty

Here is our little Lakenvelder roo

OK so this is either a Cuckoo Maran or a BR/Maran X (and he's BIG...look at the picture below)

Blue Andalusian boy (amongst the boys...) I am not possitive that the other blue andalusian is a boy but I could have 2 (ARG!) --sorry I couldn't get a good picture of his head but he's got a big comb but you can see how pretty his feathers are. (blue boy on the left)

here is a picture of the questionable blue one....maybe a pullet??

If for some reason Laura can't take up the offer, sure. I will price each chick based on the traits, just so you know. A tufted, rumpless chick is obviously the most desirable! The eggs my hens (were) laying are sky blue, not a hint of green. Hopefully the future hens from these eggs do the same.

The eggs in my incubator now are due to hatch on June 5th, though I may set the small amount I collected from the girls before they went broody, either today or tomorrow.

Me?? Or another Laura?

Oh, thank goodness! I was wondering what I had gotten myself into and didn't remember

Not that I wouldn't mind having some of your pretty birds. But it looks like I will be having plenty of little chicks soon.
I have a broody BR sitting on 13 eggs...all olive eggs but two marans. I also have a Delaware and a New Hampshire that decided to go broody the same day. My little Black Ameracauna hatched one baby last week and is still sitting tight on 6 more eggs. Soooo.....
Does anyone need me to bring chicks to chickenstock???

Last try! I have ONE beautiful year old BR roo that has to go this week, howvever, decision time is today. I will deliver within a 50 mile radius of Muskegon and only charge 10 bucks for the bird to find a new home. He is very healthy and robust. I will not take to auction because I believe people are buying them for other than honorable purposes. If you want it, even, if you want to get it later in the week, PM me or call me at 231-828-5609. I only want 10 bucks because of gas. If you come to me it's free! I raised two roos as pets of sorts and can only keep one.
