Here, I'll make you feel better. I used to have recurring dreams about human sacrifice. You want disturbing? Spend all night trying to out run a Satanic Cult. Exhausting!



Farmers harvest crops when they can and often that is a very short window of time. I can assure you the very little amount of sleep you lose over that one field is NOTHING compared to the sleep they're losing -- and the amount of time their families lose both in sleep and time with them -- getting all the fields out. But, by all means, please be certain to complain extra loud about it the next time you're sitting at the table filling your belly.

They plant seed corn there its for the stupid dairy farm in Mendon!! And I have nothing against farmers! These guys are RUDE and INCONSIDERATE!! They DUMPED 15 TONS of MANURE literally 100 Feet from my doorway!!

Well....how does one go about raffle stuff? I've never done anything like that but I would certainly bring some if anyone would be interested. They are AMAZING! This is the first time I've canned jam.

Well, you have my sympathy! That would be miserable. When we lived in Los Angeles we would be woken up in the night by helicopters circling above and shining huge flood lights into our yards as fugatives ran from yard to yard to escape police. Sirens also were a constant noise. Guess the suburbs are the quietest.

Well....how does one go about raffle stuff? I've never done anything like that but I would certainly bring some if anyone would be interested. They are AMAZING! This is the first time I've canned jam.

Everything brings something and it goes on the table. Granny or Hope or Sam draws from the little tickets we fill out when we get there- and when your name is called, you get to pick something off the table. Lots of really neat things are always donated.

Washers are very important. Too many people dismiss washers as useless and therefore unnecessary. They keep their accompanying fasteners tight by helping to apply pressure evenly. I know these things. Washers are you friends.

It drives DH crazy that I'm always "forgetting" the washers. I'm convinced they're just extra metal to make men feel manly when constructing things. So... the last three things I assembled -- a wagon, a desk and the grill -- I used ALL the washers. He can't say I don't do anything for him.

Now those are adorable! I love the one on the left.

Of course it is raining as I am expecting 15 people over for the big day. (Not really complaining here... just *sigh* oh well) We needed it for sure!

BF wants 2 BSLs or RIRs... Are they too big to put with showgirls?
