Thought I would introduce myself
We (my better half, Jeff) and myself, Lorrie, live in SE Michigan. I grew up on a small farm - have had livestock for most of my life. We recently purchased a 10+ acre parcel of land to build a new homestead on. We currently have 9 chicks and 4 dogs. (My daughter is married & has a small homestead. She too raises chickens & has dogs.)
I love to cook, I can food, make jelly, I love kitchen gadgets, soap, handcreams, cheese (hard & soft), wood working, gardening, fishing, crafting and am an avid reader.
