Microswitch with wafer wiring diagram?

Anyone got a good source for a schematic on how to wire this microswitch up for my incubator....

also how in the world do i set the temperature on this thing.....

Here's a link to the GQF website. It is actually instructions on replacing the wafer thermostat in there cabinet incubators with an electronic one, but it should show you how the wiring should be done for the wafer. GQF Link to wiring thermostat.
