Since this is a build thread, here's the finished for now product. First, the run I can close them into as needed. The old coop used to be buried in the middle there.

The outside food and water. It's summer so I get to be lazy!

The roosting bars. I already need to scoop poop. But I'm being a bit lax, so you're not getting a full pic. Old coop was used.

And the nesting spot under the ramp. You can tell what's used more. I still need to add a divider in there

Only windows that can't open is the stacked wall. The door and other two windows open. It's hit 100 here already.
