Little Midge is my only bantam. She's a real joy to us. Her spunk and energy level are to be admired! She laid her very first egg yesterday. I figured an egg was impending the day before because she was being very vocal, which she usually is not. She is 23 weeks old.
Her egg weighed 23 grams!
She's also just begun squatting, which allows me to pick her up. She doesn't seem to mind as long as I don't hold her for too long.
