I raised and sold Midget White Turkeys for over 15 years while selecting and improving my own bloodline, and then we retired and sold out to move. That was several years ago and I have regretted every moment since then. I didn't know where we would go or if we'd ever live where we could have turkeys again so I didn't keep any. Now we have settled into a new homestead and I'm ready for turkeys again. The problem is, the hatcheries that used to carry them no longer do. I bought some last year from Meyers, I think it was, but they were not pure midgets but a hybrid so I put them all in the freezer. That cost me a year of time but I'm not giving up. I could sure use some help in my search though. I'm located in Arkansas but willing to travel for a good bloodline. Surely there is someone out there that knows how I can get my hands on birds this spring. Thanks.

Assuming you are the US, try the breeders that are listed on The Livestock Conservancy website. They have a search page and you can select Midget White and put in your zip code and a radius and it will find breeders you can contact for hatching eggs or breeding stock.

Sorry about that. Most Midget White bloodlines that are being sold by hatcheries now have been reinvented using the same varieties involved in the original creation of them.
