Midnight majesty maran has not layed an egg in 2 days this will be day 3 if not layed

So Xzavier(hens name yes weird name my 1 year old name her his name) has not layed in 2 days will be 3 today. She normaly misses a day and gives me 6 eggs out of 7 days. She did start laying at 14 weeks and she is now 18 weeks, but on sunday my husband didn't listen to me and let my dog outside and keeped her outside she did get into the coop that day sadly we lost a baby chick out of it but the other didn't get harmed so i thought give her a couple of days to relax but how long should i wait for?

It's not unusual for new layers to miss days when starting out, she might have gotten a little nervous around the dog which may make a small delay. As long as she's acting normal, I wouldn't worry too much.
