Mike the headless chicken

From what I've read, his owners said he seemed fine. He would walk around, scratch, dust bathe, normal activities like any other chicken. But honestly, how could he have had a genuine good life with no head? Idk, just super bizarre.

I think they talk about him in a documentary I watched on Amazon Prime, The Natural History of the Chicken. I just watched it a night or two ago!
