Mild cause of Bumblefoot

Hi everyone, I think I may have just the start of bumblefoot.
I do not want to do surgery. (like I did in the past for one of my other hens.)

See my roosters foot. He has 3 small scabs.

what can I do?

If he is not limping then I would let it go. Maybe use one of the non-surgical methods of dealing with it...
