I just got my chicks! They are beautiful, eating and drinking and pooping and sleeping. I have a nervous newbie question though- the mille fleur d'uccles are the youngest and don't seem very coordinated. They hatched Wednesday and Thursday. They sleep in all sorts of strange positions and are a little wobbly when they walk. I'm sure one is fine, probably the one that hatched Wednesday because it is ever so slightly larger. I'm concerned one of the others has mild spraddle leg if such a thing exists but don't know what to look for if it doesn't look like those severe cases with one or both legs completely out to the side. If it has it is it is mild and I'm not sure because it just kind of looks like one leg or the other doesn't quite work right- it bobbles when it walks- but not consistently and they sleep with their legs everywhere so I don't know if I'm being a paranoid newbie or if I should intervene and tape the legs. Maybe just because they are young and heavily feathered on the feet? None are as coordinated as the slightly older araucanas I also got. I can't figure out how to attach a pic or I would.

Thanks in advance!

Nevermind, I think it's just runty and uncoordinated but it is feeding and watering itself now. It stands straight when it is moving. Slouches when it sits but is grooming and everything just fine. Paranoid newbie. I love them and can't stop watching them even though they are mostly sleeping lol.
