Milky eye

Good morning to all.
I noticed this morning when I was cleaning out my chicken coop that one of my hens seems to have a milky eye. Doesn't anyone know what this is and if I should be concerned?

Could you post a picture of the eye? It would help with diagnosis.

Some people have described this when their chicken had eyeworm, cataracts, or mareks disease.

If it were eyeworm, the hen would be continuously scratching her eye...that's how they go blind.

OK I didn't get a picture of the milky eye. It's not dripping or anything, it's just has a white patch on the inside corner of her eye. And now I've noticed that she seems to be sneezing. If that's possible for a chicken to sneeze. But I'm thinking she has a cold. How do you treat a chicken with a cold? Or does it just pass like with humans?
