Mill date help on Kalmbach feed

Hi everyone can anyone decrypt this bag ?View attachment 3110665
Looks like they've changed codes again. I'd need to see a few bags side by side to have a good guess at figuring it out.

Looks like it reads 1016PEL (which is obviously the product code, confirmed by the feed tag (10) 16% Pellet, where 10 likely differentiates "All Natural Flock Maintainer" from their other 16% Pellets.

Then W000180237 - again, that's on the nutrition tag.

Then 01714 - July 14, 2021?

Best guess. Again, I'd need to see more bags to confirm.

1)I can’t quite read all the numbers on the photo. There should be a set of numbers that start with 22. That would be the year and then the next 3 digits would be the day of the year. So if it were, 22118, that means it was made on April 28 (the 118th day of the year). Does that help?

2)The numbers should be stamped on the white crepe tape… that’s what I couldn’t read.

3)No, to me it looks like some numbers got stamped over others. Let me see if I can find something in our system with the lot #.
4)This was made on 4/22 and has a 150 day expiration date so it’s still good Thank you!

To summarize the numbers got stamped over/ something was wrong with the stamping so they looked up the lot number. It’s about 3 weeks old from purchase date (today). I bought it from a local pet store since tractor supply doesn’t have as much variety and tends to have expired food/ old food. So if anyone is ever in doubt just email them and ask them to look it up through the lot number I also sent them a picture of what I could.

Ps this is my first time buying this brand I am trying to find the best food for my ducks and am getting more serious about their nutrition after doing alot of research. This brand seems to be second best next to mazuri. I got the maintainer food.

I also suppliment with nutritional yeast and lots of foraging about 4 hours per day sometimes more. They have access to a lot of insects and occasionally give them greens as well. Before this I was feeding them organic layer feed from tsc mixed with scratch but read it wasn’t good for my drake and chickens so I switched to this and will suppliment with above stuff plus oyster shells

That's just Julian Dating. That's what I thought they used, but couldn't find anything stamped on it which matched up. TY for cvhecking with them directly.
