Mille Fleur Cochin, or????

These belong to my Father. We're trying to figure out if the rooster picture could be Mille Fleur Cochin or just a crazy mix of varieties. Before he molted, he had a lot more red on him than he does now. What do you think? The hen in the bucket house is mottled.

He looks lika a MF project bird. They haven't perfected the color in Cochins yet, so really, they're all project birds. I like him.
