Mille fleur d'uccle without puffy cheeks??

I picked these guys up yesterday, I know the orange & white is definitely a mix, but what about the other one? She doesn't have the puffy cheeks, so some not have them or will she get them later? They are said to be around 3 or 4 months...

Also, I know it's not the best picture, but any guesses on the first one being pullet or cockerel? I'll post better pics of the comb later, but that poof is making me think boy

They're just as fun, without the beard. We had 2, they lived close to 10yrs, & died a year apart from each other. Those girls were so spoiled.
