Mille Fleur hen foot problems

My 3 year old Mille flour has been having feet problems, she's been on antibiotics for 3 weeks. The vet doesn't know what caused the original problem but one of her toes had to be amputated. Now the toes are red and inflamed , she's limping a bit but otherwise normal. Appetite is good.
Anyone ever had this issue ?

It looks almost like there is something wrapped around the toe cutting off circulation. You could try soaking her feet in warm water to remove bits of poop and check if there is a piece of string around the toe. If there is then you could try to cut it carefully. If there isn't then she probably has some other problem affecting her circulation.

Is your bedding dry, and has it been wet or muddy near your coop? Here are several threads with similar pictures. I think many remedies have been tried, but I don't know if all cases were the same.
