Millie Fleur gender??? Help please!

I got this Millie fleur from a local breeder and it’s comb and waddles are red where its siblings are still yellow. They hatched on the same day. They hatched around March 26th. Is he a rooster?? He is terrorizing all of my other chicks that are the same age as him. Thank you!

Your suspicions are correct. I've had some pullets have slightly red combs at this point, but never any wattles.
