Made a pork butt on my Pit boss platinum 1250 today for my daughters birthday.

That looks perfect! Did you smoke it low and slow, or at a higher temperature?

I smoked it overnight at 220 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 hours then wrapped it and put it back on the smoker at 265 till 205 internal temp. 15 hours all together.

I started a sparerib slab in my Traeger yesterday afternoon. I didn't watch it close enough and it ran out of pellets around 7:30 and the ribs cooled off.

I put the slab in the fridge overnight and put them back into the smoker this morning.
