i'm using a mini dome and scared that the water is not leaving out fast at all it is staying in one leg along time i sat the eggs the 16

I am guessing that you are using one of the Chick Bators. It has a clear dome, and a yellow bottom, and holds 2-3 chicken eggs.

By the way,
The water isn't evaporating that much, because it is probably cold, It is in the bottom of the incubator, and the heat from the light bulb rises. If you think this is a thing that needs to be addressed, I would move the bulb closer to the water, to get the water warmer, and evaporate faster.
