mini-egg

Our girls (Ameraucans/EE) are almost one year old. This week one of them popped out this tiny egg.

I had never seen one untill about 2 weeks ago .. Then i had one off my ducks and one of my sablepoots in the same week, Nothing to worry about though- Had perfect and regular eggs since,

Ive heard its because they are either starting to lay or finishing laying, but i personally dont believe that

I got one this week just like yours. She has not laid since. She laid regular sized ones last summer.

I call them luck eggs!! I keep them in a birds nest for decoration! That one is a cutie!

Would be kinda cool to put it in the incubator if it was fertile!! You might have the first midget chicken ever!!!!
