mini junglefowl (pics tomorrow)

I think he is a junglefowl or some sort of old english gamebird anyway he is so small that he can't get "it" up. He is smaller than the hens! anyway, is there some chance that he could be the father of my new chicks?

where there is a will there is a way , I have heard of people with male dogs like chi's and yorkies that get busy with labs and stuff so it could happen ,
