Mini Lop Doe Kindling issues info please

I have a 2 year 9 month old Mini Lop. Since I purchased her She has given birth to 4 litters. The first litter was fine that I remember not expecting any problems I didn’t look for any and didn’t document any problems. The 2 litter and the 3 litter she had one extremely large kit dead and long and the other s were dead on the wire not in the box. She gave birth to her 4 litter yesterday. This time I got her a hutch with a solid bottom. Put her in my kitchen to be watched. She gave birth yesterday one was extremely large and dead and flat and 2 are littler and warm and live
