I was at an auction today and they had about 10-15 tiny chickens in a cage for the sale. They could fit into the palm of you hand they were so small!! I was amazed. Is this an actual breed? Or is it some kind of mutant?

Just one at a time. They were definately chickens because there were hens and roos, and they had combs and waddles and all that. Sadly I didn't get any pictures.

they were micro seramas... i have a couple here that are about 6oz... i've seen some that were 4oz before... full grown and feathered up roosters...

Ok that would make sense, since they were really small. The auction is in Cranberry, NJ. It is actually a horse auction, but they also sell tack, livestock, small animals, etc. There is usually poultry. Tonight it was just those chickens, a few other roos, multiple types of doves, and a golden pheasant. There were mostly rabbits. Like I said, it all depends on what the people bring in.
