Miniature Marans???

Slightly better picture showing leg color and face. pretty sure I’d say a single comb.

Pretty sure she is, guess my description was off. But she lays the most beautiful chocolate colored eggs ever

They look similar but not "exactly" alike. The Old English is solid black and clean legged. The Black Copper Marans is black with copper (reddish gold) in the hackle feathers and has feathered legs.
