Hammie and Dyson look plenty small and healthy to me! And I agree, look for small (healthy) parents for the best chance of a small pig.
One word on this though, pigs come into heat for the first time as early as 12 weeks, just because they are old enough to have babies does not mean they are grown.
And on this breeder, one thing that would be a red flag to me is that they claim the pigs won't thrive unless fed their "special" food that you have to buy from them. Regular PBP food should be fine (and it's not cheap either).
