Miniature Rooster?

Hatched on June 7- has stayed the same size for a while now! All the chicks hatched after are now way bigger! They are a Polish, Bantam, Koshin (sp?!?), and frizzle mix...?!?

So Cute! As long as he is eating, drinking and shows no signs of illness. I do not have any bantams, but they stay tiny from what I've seen.

The other breed mix name I think you were aiming for is Cochin.

Looks about normal size for a bantam.
