Minimum Order Hatchery?

Does anyone know of a duck hatchery that doens't have a minimum order...I would like to get some more, but not 10 or 15 more.

Metzerfarms.com can ship as few as two, with a higher shipping cost of course. I plan on ordering more geese this year sometime soon from them.

IdealPoultry has no minimum number of birds- just a dollar minimum; I think it is $20

McMurray has a minimum of 10. Maybe you could split the order with someone else, or sell the extras as adults or started ducklings. This way you could also get exactly the number of males & females you want.

I just ordered 2 ducklings and 4 chicks from IDEAL and they are coming in next week. The poultry altogether cost $20 and with shipping it was $31. I called IDEAL to try and change the shipping date and they are very helpful and informative. IDEAL also sexes the ducklings which is definitely a plus if you don't want any surprise drakes.

My parents wouldn't let me get anymore than that they don't even want them in the first place but i figure they'll help the garden

No THEY don't want them I do, but I think they will warm up to them eventually, when they see how cute they are.
