My friends in Kansas City raise Mini Nubians. I have a doe from them. She cycles monthly like a Nigi but produces milk like a full sized Nubian. They have both does and bucks. They do semen collection also. Anyone wanting information let me know and I will get it to you. I know they have sold goats to people in Texas and Tennessee. I LOVE my mini. She doesn't have the space and feed requirements of a full size and has lots of milk and good sized teats. She is also a total sweetheart!

I think they probably have the same breeders on both but they are not exactly the same

Another thing I did was since they are all registered. I looked at the breeders website closest to me then I looked at where their bucks and dams came from which led me to other breeders "in the area" which pretty much means the mid-atlantic in my case.
