Minorcan Cockerel Trying to Grow Up

So this morning I heard noise from the Coops and went out to check.
I have 12 Minorcans who are 9 weeks old and the sole cockerel decided he wanted to crow. Well, he tried anyway.

Haha! It's always funny when the little guys to to make noise. My bantam roo still makes a noise like that, even after months of crowing

I love those first crow attempts. I always say to them (I talk to my chickens a lot) "you almost had it this time, try again" and they will try one more time. They grow up so fast!

I do the same thing lol. And whenever they do good I'll yell "good job" or "that was a good one!" and they do it again

But I love blaque chickenz! They are the best! They don't remind me at all of a plague doctor! Yes, blaque chickenz are great at absorbing light, and also at absorbing evil and bad thoughts and just radiating goodness!

Once the Minorca hens start laying, I think you will be delighted with having lots of large white eggs.
