Mint disease

Hi,
I was just in the garden, and I saw that a lot of my mint plants have orange spots on them. Is this some sort of disease? If so, do I need to get rid of those plants and start fresh?

I'd probably trim those parts off and get rid of them. Could just be insect damage.
