I'm so sorry. It's horrible when you have put so much time and effort into them and you think that you're over the crisis...only to have them fade away.

I am so sorry. I can totally relate. We had one hatch out of 13 and is a week old today. I just got home from town and it was dead. No reason at all. It had food, clean water and its temp was at about 90 degrees. I guess it must have had something wrong with it from the beginning. I am devastated. It was a splash marans. I had spent some money on these eggs and now, didn't end up with any. BUT, I am going to try again with a broody hen this time.
