Miracle chick falls!

I just had a scare with one of my chicks falling 3 feet. she's only a week old.
she jumped down and landed on her head and wing, her neck went limp and she started shaking with the wing extended... I picked her up and
she went limp in my hands and i felt a popping feeling. I felt her neck and it felt out of place, not knowing what to do I straitened her neck out to feel if it was broken and it seemed fine, then I felt her wing and it was fine. as soon as I straitened her wing out she closed her wing and stopped shaking.
she stood up and looked at me like what in the world was that? I was so scared she had broken her neck.
now shes back up and moving about eating, and chasing the other chicks like normal but I'm concerned
because I have no clue what happened.

I was going to keep her out of her brooder with the other chicks but all of them started going crazy chirping.
I'm going to have to keep an eye on her. It's a miracle she didn't die. she didn't even open her wings when she fell.
its like she didn't know how to use her wings. maybe she had a siesure? I don't know but I hope she will be ok.

She is doing fine now. but oddly her beak is soft. its like a soft fingernail. its flexible. i don't know if thats a good thing or not.
