Miracle chicks

My hen was laying on 17 eggs, after 2wks she got off the nest and started laying in an empty nest box. After more than 2 days of being off nest and eggs were cold I brought them in,candle them but couldn't see anything so i put them in incubator. The temp kept going up and down, humidity all messed up,went from 60% to 41% to 77% then to normal 60%. A wk later went to pull the plug when I heard a chirp, 2 days later we have 9 born healthy, 4 pipping and 1 has an issue. I'm guessing it didnt absord all the yolk sac and had long bloody cord hanging. Left her in incubator for over 48hrs. Shes walking, chirping but the bloody sac is still attached and wrapped around one leg. Its not completely dry and im afraid to mess with it, any suggestions all the others are great, hatched on their own, it's amazing.
