My roo Sarge was so sweet to his guinea -- she would start getting cold, and would run up and tuck her head under his wing. He'd just stand there with his wing over her, and he always had that resigned look, somewhat like a man in the mall, standing there holding a woman's purse....

RIP, my beautiful Sarge. Thoughts of you may bring tears to my eyes, but they bring a smile to my heart.
