Well everyone is doing great. The zipties fixed everyones feet/leg issues.....love those zipps lol. These guys must have imprinted on big time since everytime I go out to feed them or just spend time with them I get attacked from all sides. They literally fight over which one gets to perch on my head...shoulders....etc. It is pretty comical watching them. I do have another post on here today....when I went out today one has an eye issue. As usual when I opened the door and after the initial "attack" for top seating, one which had just decided to sit on my arm while I fed and watered everyone looked "off" to me. At first glance I was scared to death that its eyes had been pecked out. I almost freaked before looking closer but held myself together. (again with the miracles) This poor little one has an eye infection? Both eyes are affected but there is no swelling, no bubbles, no discharge....no cold symptoms at all. Basically there is a featherless ring around each eye that is kind of red. It looks "irritated". He does seem to be a little more lethargic but not horribly. There is a little bit of crusty around one of the eyes but they are not stuck shut. I really do not know how else to describe it. He sees fine, or at least it looks like he sees fine. Any ideas?

We also had several of the guineas hatch out of the big egg chunking fiasco. Boy they do not imprint like chickens and peas do they? Vicious little boogers!! One attacks me everytime I get near it is funny as all get out. I swear he is going to impale himself on my finger he throws himself at me so hard. lol

Oh also, if a couple of the peas already act like males could they possibly be male? I mean a couple stick their little stubby tails up like a peacock, fan them out as best they can and strut strut strut! Sometimes (same two) fluff out their little wings put their heads down and charge!!!! You wanna talk about funny! Watching them fan those little stumpy tails is a hoot I'll tell ya. Also, they are getting their crowns ....my babies are growing uppppppppppp *sniffsniff*
