I have 11 chickens some are really feathery fluffy bantams and it feels like 110 degrees but it's actually around 103. Anyway I feel really bad and they are panting really hard and laying in the shade. They have an automatic water bowl and I'll occasionally put ice in it. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to cool them off.

The ice water is good. You can make sure that they have shade with ventilation (otherwise it’ll be stuffy and hot). And you can try giving them fruit or veggies frozen in ice too for a treat. I watered down (sprinkled water on) the coop and it helped bring the temperature down on the metal (metal tends to heat up a lot).

Electrolytes and ice blocks.
Here's how:

While your "right here" location is cute, you'll get better information if you add your real location. ;)

My mom gave me around a pound of frozen bananas that she was saving for pie. I mist them occasionally but I stopped because they seemed not to like getting wet.

I have a 23x 21 run with a shadecloth suspended by bungee cords and bamboo shade fencing. They go in the coop in the cool morning to lay eggs and don't even really sleep in it.

Sounds like a nice space for them.

You could try wetting a corner of the run in the shade to see if they like that.

Not soggy wet, but damp.

My birds like to spend the hottest part of the day dug into cool ground.

I put garden soil in there a while ago and they still dust bathe it. I can wet that down.
