Miss-Sexed rooster rehome.

We are backyard chicken owners in SW PA and our easter egger may be a rooster. Local ordances prohibit roosters in Pittsburgh and we are hoping to rehome rather than terminate. He/she is a pretty bird. If he does crow in the next few months we would like to rehome him. If in the area of Pittsburgh and are interested please respond to this thread

A handsome rooster indeed! Good luck rehoming him.

Fortuanly for myself, we live in an area where it’s woods surrounding us and we have neighbors that have livestock to. Not to mention, we have ever only had two mean roosters in our nine years of chicken keeping. One wasn’t even ours, it was rehomed to us us from our cousin who did live in a neighborhood. (He was a D’ Anver, though.)
