Misshapen egg witha few wrinkles

Hi. I did a search on this and found some great advice. However I just need a bit more.

I have 3 chickens and only one is laying. I belive it to be my RIR. Anyway, she started laying a little over a week ago. (The other 2 have not layed yet). Her eggs are gorgeous, smooth and brown. I noticed that her last couple of eggs were a little different. The both seemed a bit rough on the outside? They aren't soft at all though. The shells looked almost a bit porous. The 2nd egg was a little flat on one side with some wrinkling in around that flat spot. I also want to include that I live in Southern California and we had some pretty bad fires here this last weekend. 2 of which I live only about 4 miles away from so the air qualitly was terrible. Any advice will be great. Thanks in advance!!!
