Missing chicken!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am missing a chicken!!!!!!!!! I did my nightly coop check and Salt a white cochin banty is not there. I have looked under, behind, up and down. I cannot find her. No feathers or fluff anywhere. I am so hoping that she got over the fence and she is bedded down somewhere.

I so hope she is not gone.

Salt is show up this morning. I so do not know where she was. I worried for nothing all night long.

I am glad that she did here and well. The sad thing is the Pepper, her buddy, did not even seem to miss her. I guess they are grown up.

Yeah!!!! You got your baby back!
I have heard many stories where they just reappear in the AM. So I was pulling for that result for ya!. Maby she has a boyfriend down the road a bit!!! LOL

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She has taken up roosting under a storage shed. There are some eggs under there I know. I flushed one out. I got her out by flushing her out with water. She RAN to the food bowl and was eating like crazy. I cannot believe this. How am I going to get those eggs out???? I guess I will have to take the floor up in the shed.
